Before photography became my work, it became my way of holding on.   Today my son turns eight, I don’t just see another year older. I see the very beginning of why I ever picked up a camera in the first place. There are sessions that are beautiful…And then there are sessions that feel aligned from the very first email.

Some sessions are booked months in advance. Some are planned with Pinterest boards and timelines. And some… are simply given from the heart. M & J’s maternity session was a gift. Not because there was a special occasion circled on the calendar — but because I could see that mama needed a pregnancy pick-me-up.
